Shipping & returns

We currently ship to: Canada, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Shipping is priced by the size of the package and where it's going, not by weight, so small things ship for small prices. Checkout shows every option's exact price and delivery estimate before you pay. An order ships in the size of its biggest item.

• Letter mail (untracked) is the cheapest way to send small flat items: $5.00 in Canada, $8.00 to the US. Letter mail can't be traced, so choose a tracked option for anything you'd hate to lose.
• Express (tracked) is the fastest, from $20.00 in Canada.
• Free Standard shipping on in-stock items once they total $75.00, to Canada and United States.
• Made-to-order prints use our print partner's actual shipping rate for your address, so they aren't included in free shipping.

• In-stock items leave Ottawa within 1-3 business days.
• Prints are made to order: production takes about 2-5 business days before they ship from our print partner.
• Delivery windows shown at checkout are carrier estimates from the day your order ships, not guarantees.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. We're a small supplier and aren't registered for GST/HST, so no sales tax is added at checkout.

Orders shipped across a border can be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country or the carrier. Prints are produced and shipped by our print partner, which may be outside Canada — so depending on where you live, this can apply to Canadian orders too. These charges are set by customs authorities, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

We email you when your order ships, with a tracking number for tracked services. Letter mail has no tracking number, but you still get the shipped email. You can check on an order any time on the track an order page with your order number and email.

You can return anything — prints included — within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

• Email support@aerialdesign.org with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
• Items need to come back unused and in the condition you received them. Prints should be rolled, not folded.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping isn't refunded.
• Once the return arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, shipping included — your choice. You won't need to send anything back.

If your tracking hasn't moved for a week or your order is well past its delivery estimate, email us. We'll chase it with the carrier, and if it's lost we'll replace it or refund you.

Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel an in-stock order until it ships. Prints go into production soon after you pay, so once that's started they can't be cancelled — but they're still covered by the 30-day return above.
